We completed a full transformation of this family home to create a bright, spacious and modern living space. As Crestron dealers, Virtue Projects designed, programmed and commissioned this fully automated house. The owners have full control of the lighting, heating, televisions, multi-room audio and security throughout the property, whether home or away.

This fabulous home benefits from an intelligent lighting system, including concealed lighting, glass automated sliding doors and underfloor heating throughout. Custom elements include a bespoke walnut staircase, chandeliers, imported Italian porcelain, Carrara and Statuario marble.

The kitchen is bespoke, contemporary in-frame walnut design, with hand-painted grey elements and a separate contemporary, white, handleless utility room.

Externally we created a resin driveway, designed and landscaped the garden to include custom seating, a fire pit and an outdoor BBQ kitchen, finished in full stainless steel with stone worktops.
